Energy assessments of buildings

Our technical experts will assess the energy consumption and efficiency of each property, advise on improvements and can issue Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) or Display EnergyCertificates (DECs).

A standard energy assessment will consist of:

• An assessment of current energy use, fuel type and associated carbon emissions
• Predict of any increase in energy use due to business growth (for example)
• Suggest appropriate energy efficiency measures to reduce energy use, with associated costs and carbon savings provided 
• Suggest appropriate renewable energy technologies
• Signpost to installers and available grant schemes
• A report detailing all the above with recommendations for further investigation (such as a renewable energy feasibility study if appropriate).
